The transition and adjustment to motherhood is a profound change, both emotionally and physically. Postnatal yoga is the ideal way to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your baby.

It is much more than just a yoga class. It’s a unique combination of exercise, relaxation, strengthening, and returning to your center – all within a safe and supportive environment for you and your baby. The practice includes gentle movements and stretches that help with:
- regaining physical fitness
- releasing tension and pressure
- Relieving aches and pains in the body
- strengthening the core and pelvic floor
- restoring the abdominal wall
Breathing, relaxation, and visualization will help you feel rested and refreshed, even if you didn’t sleep well the night before.
At the same time, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect and socialize with other moms and their babies.
The classes are designed for mothers who have given birth either vaginally or via cesarean section, starting from 6 to 8 weeks postpartum.
